Our ultimate goals are 1) To make useful, beautifully-designed, light-powered products accessible to the greatest number of people possible, and 2) To sow the seeds of a smarter power-management standard for personal and home electronics everywhere. In order to get there we are focusing our efforts in three areas.

Regen technology development and licensing

At the base of all our efforts lies the Regen Smart Power Architecture (SPA) − a patented solar collection, storage, and hybrid power-management platform. As solar technologies have increased in efficiency and decreased in cost, our team has opened new practical fields for light-powered applications. Consisting of a modular hardware architecture that allows for a common component development environment as well as end-user modularity, The Regen SPA also includes several layers of software architecture to manage: a) Power generation and consumption, b) Collection, transmission and analysis of power generation and consumption data, and c) Intelligent tuning of a device's power-management based on the data collected. Using the Regen SPA as our platform, we are developing a full line of personal and home electronics.
